4 Steps for our Consignment Agreement:
1 ) After creating an account, fill in our “Sell Your Item” form. Upload one (1) to five (5) pictures of your items. We will offer you an estimate for consigning your items.
2) We can either pick up your goods, or you can bring them into our office. Then, we will inspect and authenticate your items and give you our final offer.
3) As soon as you accept our offer, we will send you a consignment agreement to sign.
4) After receiving your signed consignment agreement, our team will pick up your item(s) and professionally photograph them.
Once your item has been professionally photographed by our team and uploaded onto our website (this process typically takes around 10 business days), the 60 day agreement begins.
Your consigned goods will remain with our team until the items are sold or the agreement is terminated (but only after a minimum of 60 days after the professional shoot). Within those 60 days, we will be advertising your item(s) on all our platforms.
After the initial 60 day agreement, the agreement can be extended as long as both parties mutually agree.
Once your items sell, you will receive your payout within 3-7 business days. We offer payouts through bank transfers or cash *cash is only applicable to Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi customers*. You will receive the agreed-upon amount, minus our commission fees and the authentication fees *for handbags only.*

Termination of Contract After 30 Days
If you decide to cancel your contract after the initial 2 months (after your item is uploaded to our website), our team will coordinate with you to return your items.
In addition, clients may purchase our Certificate of Authenticity for their item prior to its return. Certificates for Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Prada, Balenciaga, Saint Laurent, Gucci, Fendi, and other eligible luxury brands are available for AED 710 (inclusive of VAT). Due to the specialist expertise required, Hermès items are subject to a separate pricing structure. Certificates for Hermès handbags crafted in standard leathers are charged at AED 1,725 (inclusive of VAT), Hermès exotic leather handbags, Horseshoe Special Orders, Touch models, Picnic, Rock, Desordre, and other special models are charged at AED 2,590 (inclusive of VAT), while highly specialized collector pieces, including Himalaya Crocodile, Diamond Hardware models, Kelly Doll, and Faubourg Birkin handbags, are charged at AED 4,090 (inclusive of VAT). Each Certificate of Authenticity is signed, stamped, and backed by our lifetime financial guarantee.

2) Upload one (1) to five (5) pictures of your items.
3) We will reach out to you with a buy-out proposal and schedule an in-person meeting to authenticate the item.
4) Once we agree on a price, we will send the payment and pick up your item.
Authentication Services
In addition to sourcing and selling luxury goods, Diamonds in Dubai offers professional authentication services for luxury handbags and accessories. Authentication services for Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Prada, Balenciaga, Saint Laurent, Gucci, Fendi, and other eligible luxury brands are charged at AED 710 (inclusive of VAT) per item.

Upon successful authentication, a signed and stamped Certificate of Authenticity is issued. Each Authentication Certificate is backed by our lifetime financial guarantee. Our authentication process requires a minimum of 48 hours to complete. For items determined to be inauthentic, we also offer a Certificate of Evidence outlining the characteristics and inconsistencies identified during the authentication process.
