This Kelly 20 is a Horseshoe Stamp (HSS) special order, one of the most exclusive programs offered by Hermès. Reserved for select clients, the HSS program allows for bespoke combinations of colors, leathers, and hardware that are not available through the standard collection. As a result, each HSS piece is produced in significantly smaller quantities than regular production bags.

Crafted in Epsom leather, this Mini Kelly combines Biscuit and Bordeaux in a striking two-tone configuration. Introduced in 2021, Biscuit quickly became one of Hermès’ most sought-after neutral shades, inspired by the warm golden tones of freshly baked biscuits and natural camel leather. The color offers richness and versatility while remaining softer than classic Gold.

The contrast Bordeaux interior and accents introduce depth to the design. Inspired by the wines of the Bordeaux region of France, the shade is a deep burgundy with rich red undertones, creating a sophisticated pairing against the warmth of Biscuit.

Finished with palladium hardware, the cooler metal tone provides balance to the warm palette while highlighting the clean lines of the Kelly silhouette.

The Mini Kelly 20 remains one of the most difficult Hermès bags to acquire, and HSS examples are considerably rarer than standard production pieces. The combination of the highly desirable Biscuit colorway, bespoke Horseshoe Stamp construction, and the 20cm size makes this a particularly collectible example.
