Our authentication process combines the expertise of our in-house specialists, independent third-party authentication experts, and advanced AI-assisted technology. Each item is carefully assessed against known authentic references, with detailed review of its materials, craftsmanship, construction, and brand-specific characteristics.
In the unlikely event that a luxury product purchased through us is found to be inauthentic by a reputable authenticator from our list, every client of Diamonds in Dubai is entitled to a guaranteed refund.

Authentication Services
In addition to sourcing and selling luxury goods, Diamonds in Dubai offers professional authentication services for a range of luxury brands.
Authentication services for Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Prada, Balenciaga, Saint Laurent, Gucci, Fendi, and other eligible luxury brands are charged at AED 710 (inclusive of VAT) per item.
Due to the complexity and specialist expertise required, Hermès items are subject to a separate pricing structure. Authentication of Hermès handbags crafted in standard leathers such as Togo, Epsom, Swift, Evercolor, and Clemence is charged at AED 1,725 (inclusive of VAT) per item. Hermès handbags crafted in exotic leathers, including crocodile, alligator, ostrich, and lizard, as well as Horseshoe Special Orders, Touch models, Picnic, Rock, Desordre, and other Blue Box special models are charged at AED 2,590 (inclusive of VAT) per item. Authentication of highly specialized collector pieces, including Himalaya Crocodile, Diamond Hardware models, Kelly Doll, and Faubourg Birkin handbags, is charged at AED 4,090 (inclusive of VAT) per item.
Each authentication is conducted through a comprehensive review process that combines expert assessment, independent authentication resources, and advanced AI-assisted technology. Upon successful authentication, a signed and stamped Certificate of Authenticity is issued.
Our authentication process requires a minimum of 48 hours to complete, although certain rare or highly specialized items may require additional review time. Handbags that do not pass our authentication process will be returned following completion of the assessment and payment of the authentication fee.
For items determined to be inauthentic, we also offer a Certificate of Evidence outlining the characteristics and inconsistencies identified during the authentication process.
