4 Steps for our Consignment Agreement:
1 ) After creating an account, fill in our “Sell Your Item” form. Upload one (1) to five (5) pictures of your items. We will offer you an estimate for consigning your items.
2) We can either pick up your goods, or you can bring them into our office. Then, we will inspect and authenticate your items and give you our final offer.
3) As soon as you accept our offer, we will send you a consignment agreement to sign.
4) After receiving your signed consignment agreement, our team will pick up your item(s) and professionally photograph them.
Once your item has been professionally photographed by our team and uploaded onto our website (this process typically takes around 10 business days), the 60 day agreement begins.
Your consigned goods will remain with our team until the items are sold or the agreement is terminated (but only after a minimum of 60 days after the professional shoot). Within those 60 days, we will be advertising your item(s) on all our platforms.
After the initial 60 day agreement, the agreement can be extended as long as both parties mutually agree.
Once your items sell, you will receive your payout within 3-7 business days. We offer payouts through bank transfers or cash *cash is only applicable to Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi customers*. You will receive the agreed-upon amount, minus our commission fees and the authentication fees *for handbags only.*

Termination of Contract After 30 Days
If you decide to cancel your contract after the initial 2 months (after your item is uploaded to our website), our team will coordinate with you to return your items.
In addition, we offer for purchase our Authenticity Certificate for your handbag with normal leather at a charge of AED 675 (excluding VAT), Leather Special Order (Horseshoe stamp) and Special Models at a charge of AED 1,100 (excluding VAT), and Exotic skin handbag or wallet (Crocodile, alligator, ostrich, lizard and all TOUCH models at a charge of AED 1,695 (excluding VAT). Our Authenticity Certificate includes a signed and a stamped certificate verifying authenticity through our AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology. Our Authenticity Certificate is highly regarded within the industry, as it comes with a lifetime financial guarantee that will allow you to resell your handbag with ease.

Diamonds in Dubai offers an easy and fast buy-out option for clients that prefer to sell their luxury goods directly to Diamonds in Dubai instead of consigning.

1) After creating an account, fill in our “Sell Your Item” form.
2) Upload one (1) to five (5) pictures of your items.
3) We will reach out to you with a buy-out proposal and schedule an in-person meeting to authenticate the item.
4) Once we agree on a price, we will send the payment and pick up your item.
Authentication Services
In addition to selling, Diamonds in Dubai also offers an Authentication Service of AED 675 (excluding VAT) for each handbag with normal leather. Authentication Services for leather special order (Horseshoe stamp) and Special Models are AED 1,100 (excluding VAT) and exotic skin handbag or wallet (Crocodile, alligator, ostrich, lizard and all TOUCH model are AED 1,695 (excluding VAT) for each bag. The Authentication Service includes a signed and a stamped certificate verifying authenticity through our AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology. To protect our customers and enable trust in our services, each Authentication Certificate is backed with a lifetime financial guarantee.
Our authentication process will take a minimum of 48 hours to complete. Handbags that fail our authentication process will be returned with an additonal authentication fee (excluding VAT). A certificate of evidence includes an explanation of the handbag’s inaccuracies.
