This Hermès Birkin 25 is an HSS (Horseshoe Stamp) special order, combining Craie with Céleste in Epsom leather and finished with permabrass hardware. HSS bags are custom-configured through Hermès’ special order program and are produced in significantly smaller quantities than standard production pieces, making each combination highly individual to the client who commissioned it.

Craie serves as the primary body color, offering a soft off-white neutral that has remained one of Hermès’ most in-demand light tones since its introduction. It is paired with Céleste, a bright sky blue introduced in 2014, used here on the handles, sangles, and accents to create a fresh contrast against the neutral base. The addition of permabrass hardware adds warmth and depth to the palette, sitting between gold and brushed brass tones.
